This agreement between between All Star Vending and Amustments LLC and our partner customer who shall be listed below. The "customer" is agreeing to take part in the Vending for a Change program. The customer will pay a subscription fee of $1.00 per month on any/all Vending for a Change honor boxes or VFAC stickers ordered. This royalty will be a reoccuring monthly charge, beginning with the month after the order is placed. The due date will be the same date each month and correspond with the date of original purchase. There will be no royalty charges on any boxes after the customer reaches 100 boxes. This means the maximum amount to be charged to any customer will be $100.00 per month. The purpose is to help you grow your business, not hinder it. If the honor box is damaged or stolen the customer has the obligation to report the event to All Star Vending and Amusements LLC with adequate evidence of said issue. This evidence will be provided by sending a report of the theft or damage via email with the location and phone number including a contact person at the location for verification. If the box has been damaged please keep the damaged part of the box and include a photo of it and email to :All Star Vending and Amusements at allstarvendingpa@gmail.com. This will stop the automatic deductions for that box. If you elect to be removed from the Vending for a Change program, please destroy all boxes and send a photo of the destroyed boxes to the above email. This will prevent any further automatic royalty charges. We strive to have complete transparency with our partners.

An invoice will be sent via email once your request has been processed. Please be sure your email is correct in the above form as this is the email that will be utilized.  Once payment has been processed, your boxes will be shipped to you.The credit card used for payment will also be used for the monthly reoccuring fee. All orders of Vending for a Change Honor Boxes will come with a free Vending for a Change T-shirt. This is our gift to you for being a part of the Vending for a Change family.
