    Any student wishing to request an accommodation for the State written examination must contact NYS/DOH/EMS,no later than six weeks prior to the exam.     Course Payment Description Students who have recently registered online for our upcoming EMT course can make their first payment online to secure their seat. Please be advised: The $225 registration deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, but it can be applied toward any future class within the next 12 months. (The $225 registration payment is a part of your total tuition). Online Payments: If you wish to make this payment online rather than at our office, an additional 4% convenience fee/tax will be applied to your order. Cash Payments: If you would like to save on the 4% fee, you may complete your registration here and pay your tuition payments in cash at the office. Pay-in-Full Bonus: Students who pay their tuition in full (via any payment option) will receive a free EMT Flashcard book. Standard Course Refund Schedule: For standard programs, students who withdraw within the first four (4) calendar days are eligible for a prorated tuition refund. To receive a refund for a specific tier, your written withdrawal notice must be submitted to the Program Administrator prior to the start of that day's class. Prior to Day 1: 100% tuition refund Prior to Day 2: 75% tuition refund Prior to Day 3: 50% tuition refund Prior to Day 4: 25% tuition refund (Please note: "Any type of refund" strictly excludes the $225.00 non-refundable registration deposit). 2. Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for any pre-course or prorated refund, the student must have paid their tuition in full. Students utilizing a payment plan are entirely exempt from refunds. 3. Post-Deadline Withdrawal:Withdrawals occurring on or after the 5th calendar day of the program will result in the forfeiture of all paid tuition. The student agrees that they are financially responsible for 100% of the tuition cost if they withdraw from the course at any later date. 4. Accelerated Courses: Please be advised that Accelerated Courses are strictly excluded from this refund policy. No refunds of any kind will be issued for students enrolled in an accelerated program after the course has commenced.
