Entry fees: Each class (test) $35. There is a one time office fee per entry of $45 this helps us pay for the facility, pay for a secretary, and buy awards including end of year awards. Non remuda members will also pay a $25 fee.
Stalls are available at Pima County Fairgrounds for $25 a night. Shavings are $10 a bag and must be purchased from the fairgrounds. Camping is $25 a night for dry or $35 a night with hookups.
The gathering will take place in the Manny arena (main rodeo arena).
Instructions: Please fill out one form per horse and rider combination. Each horse is allowed to be shown in up to 4 in hand classes and up to 4 ridden classes per day.

High Point Award Eligibility Requirements and Calculations: 1. To be eligible for any award, each horse and rider combination must show in a minimum of FOUR classes overall for Walk Jog, Walk Jog Lope, Challenge, Vaquero, Gaited. 2. Each horse is limited to FOUR under saddle classes per day and FOUR ground classes per day. 3. Top FOUR highest PLACED classes will be counted for high point. (Freestyle, Partnership and Liberty do not count toward high point nor high score awards.)
Top Wrangler Award: Top Wrangler will be awarded to the open, Amateur, and Junior contestants that earns the highest points on any In Hand test, Challenge Court test, and Flat Court test. Points are calculated using the test score multiplied by the test weight. Tests are weighted with the higher level tests earning more points. A list of test weights can be downloaded from the SWcowboyDressage.com website. All contestants meeting the criteria are automatically entered into Top Wrangler!
Year End Awards
Southwest Cowboy Dressage is excited to announce Year End Awards! With Cowboy Dressage growing and becoming more active here in Arizona and New Mexico, we felt that we should have our own Year End Awards for those who wish to participate and qualify. Requirements are as followed: 1. Same Horse/Rider combination. 2. Top 6 scores in the same division from 3 different judges.
There are no division restrictions. You can qualify in multiple divisions. Year End Top Wrangler will also be awarded (Needs to have competed in Top Wrangler in 3 gatherings in the SW)
