  • Booth Selection

    Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis. For 2020, we can accommodate up to 50 vendors.

  • Please list booth and table size needed, how many chairs needed, if you will provide your own tables and chairs (if so what size), preferrence of booth/truck location, if you have a custom stlye and size booth and set-up, if you will need any electric outlet sources or special accomodations.

  • Important Event Information

    Event begins at 10:00AM and ends at 7:00PM Friday June 5th, 2020.  Event begins 8:30AM and ends 4:30PM on Saturday June 6th, 2020.  Booth setup for vendors participating in BOTH FRIDAY'S AND SATURDAY'S EVENTS, begins Thursday 7:30PM-9:30PM and Friday 7AM-9AM. Booth setup for SATURDAY ONLY vendor participants, begins at 7:30PM-9:30PM Friday evening and/or at 6:30AM-7:30AM Saturday morning before event begins.  Breakdown of booths begins promptly after registered event date(s) and should take no longer than (2) two hours.  Vendors are responsible for the setup and tear down of their booths and personal equipment. Any vendors who have not paid in full by registration deadline, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical and water access. All food carts will be subject to inspection by the local health department the day prior to the event, and must provide permit for approval.
