BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    CAMPAIGN OUTLINE
Each advertising “campaign” consists of the preliminary “connection” period, the preparatory “projection” and “production” periods, the live advertisement period, and the final “reflection” period. Each period is discussed in detail below.

PRELIMINARY BLOCK (VARIABLE NUMBER OF DAYS):

    “CONNECTION”

In the “connection” period, the Agency will link itself with a local business seeking advertisements.
The Agency will then connect the task the business seeks with you, and the Agency will create ties between itself, the influencer, and the business to ensure communication at all times.
The Agency will also arrange for all necessary products, discounts, incentives, or services to be present at the time of the “production” period in order to ensure the advertisement can be made.

    PREPARATORY BLOCK (1-5 DAYS):

    “PROJECTION”

During this period, the agency will work with the company to generate a minimal projection of what the influencer’s ad campaign should accomplish.
The Agency will seek to underpromise at the meetings with the business, meaning that the Agency will try its best to ensure that you, as the influencer, can overdeliver and stun.
Projections will be sent to each influencer so that the influencer has a clear goal of what his or her campaign should accomplish.

    “PRODUCTION”

The production period is simply where influencers create their ad campaigns based on the projections and goals set during the previous periods.
The production period should last no longer than 5 days, and the shorter the production period is, the easier it is for our influencers to quickly collect payment for their work and move to another business marketing campaign with the agency.
    ADVERTISEMENT (CONTRACTED NUMBER OF DAYS):

    “LIVE”

During this period, the advertisement is uploaded. Careful analytics are run by staff at the Agency to remind you if you are reaching your goals, over your goals, or under your goals.

    REFLECTION (2 DAYS):

    “REFLECTION”

During the reflection period, a campaign report will be generated of your ad campaign and sent to the company. Regardless of what the company thinks, you will be paid the base influencer fee. However, you will not be eligible for any bonuses or benefits if your campaign fails to meet the goals set during the “production” period.
At its shortest, each individual marketing campaign process can take as little as 3 days, allowing each influencer to move on to other businesses’ advertising needs and collect payments more often, while also allowing our businesses to renew campaigns with different models and further increase their outreach. Though the campaigns can be short, without effective communication and cooperation, campaigns can last as long as two to three months.

    II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    TWO-STRIKE POLICY.

Should any influencer in a tier fail to meet the tier’s requirements once, the influencer will not be paid any fee or increment rewards. Should any influencer in a tier fail to meet the tier’s requirements twice consecutively, the influencer will be demoted the tier that their advertisement performed at.

    PROMOTION.

Should any influencer in a tier perform at a higher level than their tier’s requirements twice consecutively, the influencer will be promoted to the tier that their advertisement performed at?

    UPLOAD PERIOD.

Each influencer shall have anywhere from 2 to 5 days (depending on the location of establishment or nature of shipping) to create, polish, and upload/post the advertisement they are contracted to post. Should the advertisement not be up within the upload period with accurate information, the influencer will be asked to pay a small $10 fee to SWAVE Agency to compensate for time lost.

    PLURALITY.

Likes, interactions, or all other forms of engagement must be received on one post on one account. Posts from multiple accounts cannot combine their likes to receive higher pay.

    PAYMENT.

Influencers may only receive payment in the form of cash, check, or Venmo. Split payment through multiple ways of transferring payment is prohibited. Payment is not paid to the influencer until the post has reached the influencer’s tier’s requirement.

    QUALITY.

Businesses will be sent a picture of the advertisement along with a report of the advertisement’s performance. Should the business rate the ad lower than a 3 on a scale from 1 through 5 on satisfaction, the influencer will be ineligible for any influencer fees, instead receiving only increment rewards.

    BONUSES.

Influencers shall receive, on top of increment rewards, all direct gifts from the business, should the business decide to provide additional compensation for the influencer’s advertisement. Should the Agency receive direct word from the business of increased sales or at least 10 sales coming from an advertisement, the influencer will be moved up on the priority list. Should the influencer hit the Explore page and garner likes much above the requirement, the Agency will pay a 50 dollar “EXPLORE” bonus.

    CIRCUMVENTING.

At no time during which an influencer is signed to the Agency may he or she circumvent the agency to directly contact the business to negotiate lower rates. The business is unlikely to directly pay any influencer, and attempting to circumvent the Agency’s policy regarding direct influencer-business negotiations shall result in contract violation and possible legal consequences.

    CANCELLATIONS.

Should an influencer cancel their appointment for a photo shoot or an advertisement-filming date without a pre-approved replacement, the influencer must pay a cancellation fee of 10 USD. Pre-approved replacements must be sent and approved by the Agency a minimum of 3 business days prior to the date of filming or shooting.
