    • This is an application for an annual membership with Volleyball Queensland, Volleyball Australia and the VQ Affiliated Club indicated on this form.

      If membership with a VQ Affiliated Club is not applicable to you (eg schools cup), select "other", then select the option in the field Other which best suits you.

      Those Clubs not listed have requested that you continue to apply for VQ membership through your Club.  The following link will take you to VQ's page showing methods of contact for each VQ Affiliated Club.

      Prices for annual membership are

      Full: $75 (Adult) / $35 (Junior/U19)  
      Recreational: $40 (Adult) / $20 (Junior/U19)  
      Tournament: $25  only valid for QBVT - NOT ON THIS FORM
             		 
      Spikezone: FOC (Primary School age) only valid for Spikezone competitions
             		 
      Non-Playing: FOC (Adult, Junior/U19)  

       Tournament membership is not available on this form.  Please go to the QBVT web page on the VQ website.
      Upgrades for current Recreational and Tournament memberships, to a Full level, are available. Please contact the VQ office for more information.

      It is not recomended for juniors (under 19yrs) to get a Tournament membership based on cost, there is more value in getting an annual membership.
