Please provide a concise description of your project idea. Be sure to let me know if you intend it to cover an existing tattoo or a scar so I can make sure that it’s within my ability to do so. Tattoo placement *

Example: forearm, upper outer arm etc... if you would like to work around existing tattoos, you can submit images of the area you would like tattooed in the ‘reference’ section below.

Dimensions of your design *

Please use cm’s or inches. These are necessary to determine how long to book your appointment for and estimate the cost of your tattoo.

Your budget *

This will be the maximum cost of your tattoo for the first session. Depending on size your tattoo may take multiple sessions. It is also possible to split your appointment into multiple, financially manageable sessions.

Please note that I do not copy designs or imitate the styles of other artists, but I am happy to rework things in my style and recreate old paintings & book illustrations providing whomever made them either gave you their permission or are too dead to care.

* Please note that whilst I would love to provide everyone with the dates of their choosing, it is not always possible to accommodate this. In such cases, I will be eternally grateful for your flexibility.

Deposit *

I understand that a deposit of £100 is required in order to secure all bookings. This is payable via PayPal once my date is confirmed. I also understand that I will need to give 48hrs notice in order to transfer my deposit to another date should I need to reschedule.

Age of consent *

I am 18yrs of age or above and understand that failure to provide a valid passport or drivers licence on the day of my appointment will result in the cancellation of said appointment and the loss of my deposit.

I want to create safe space for everyone who gets tattooed by me; I believe that tattoos should be accessible to everyone and will tattoo any body type, skin colour or texture (providing it is safe to do so) and welcome folks of all races, genders, orientations, religions and abilities. Whether you need privacy or extra care, have a place that you’re not comfortable with being touched, have a disability or illness or you’re simply nervous, I aim to make sure that your experience is the best that it can possibly be. Don’t worry, you are not obliged to share any sensitive information with me; at the same time I understand that tattoos can sometimes be very personal so all I ask that you please provide a content warning should you consider it applicable. I will not disclose this information to anyone.

* Please be advised:

• ID must be brought to every appointment. You will not be able to get tattooed without it.

• The sum of your appointment is payable in cash only at the studio desk.

• It is mandatory for you to wear a face mask if you want to get tattooed by me. No exceptions.

• For the time being, chaperones will not be permitted on site in order to limit the number of people in the space.

• Please bring as little as possible with you to prevent cross-contamination (e.g. just your phone, wallet, keys, headphones and something to drink) - there will be time for you to find something to eat during your break.
