    Cancellation: We reserve your spot for you . We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment. It is very difficult to fill a spot with less than 48 hours notice. If you don't give us 48 hours notice, 50% of your service will have to be paid prior to re-booking. 

    ​

    NO SHOW: We have a system that texts and reminds you of your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment for whatever reason you will be required to pay 100% of your missed service. After TWO no shows, you will no longer be able to pre-book appointments with us without pre-paying. 

    ​

     

    ​Children: While we all love children, we kindly ask that you don't bring them to your hair appointment so that we can give you our full attention with no distractions, especially for hair colouring appointments as they can be upwards of three hours. 

    ​

    Bringing Friends: We are very busy with a small amount of space for clients who are waiting for their appointments. Please do not bring your friend(s) to your hair appointment

     

    REDOS/ADJUSTMENTS: If you are not happy with your results, please call or text your stylist directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within one week or less of your hair appointment.

    *This courtesy is not to be confused with "changing your mind" or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.

     

    *This courtesy is not to be confused with wanting to go "blonder". Alot of the time we have clients who want minimal blonde and once they get a little bit of blonde they want to go blonder instantly. This would be booked as a seperate paying appointment.

     

    REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds of any kind. *See our Redo Policies if your are dissatisfied  with your results

     

    Platinum Blondes: 

    Please be aware that if you are planning to go platinum blonde this requires take home products to maintain your blonde and improve the health of your blonde. If you choose to not follow our recommendations for at home care we may refuse service depending on your hairs condition as your hair health is our #1 priority.

     

    Respect:

    Salon Muse prides itself on creating a positive and respectful environment for clients to come to. Its very important our staff is met with the same level of respect from our clients. Salon Muse with holds the right to decline services or future bookings in the event of mistreatment.

     

    Salon Muse has the right to decline service if we cannot come to an agreement during your consultation based on our professional opinion. ​

     

    Pricing: 

    If you have any questions on pricing or have a budget you would like to stay within please let your stylist know during the consultation BEFORE we start coloring. It is not guarenteed you will get to your desired outcome in one appointment. We do not tolerate bullying into getting free services based on your hair not getting to your desired goal in one appointment. Hair is not a one size fits all and sometimes will take multiple sessions to get to the desired outcome.
