Moments In Ink Photo Booth Rental Agreement
Service Contract
The following contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between the parties, Moments In Ink Photography and {yourName}, for photo booth rental and services for an event taking place on {date}. This written contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreement between the parties.
Service Period
The service period will be from {startTime} and will run for{howMany47} hours. The set up will be completed by 15 minutes before{startTime}. Operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photo booth.
Payment
Cost of service is $600.00 for the first 2 hours of service and additional $120.00 per hour if the Client wishes to extend. Extension of service may be declined by Moments In Ink unless it has been prearranged in this contract already. Breaks in between the start and end time of service will be billed unless it has been prearranged as well.
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 is due upon signing of this contract. The remaining amount is due the day before the service period mentioned above.
Client agrees that in addition to any and all other legal rights and remedies Provider may have, Client will pay a $50.00 fee for any and all returned checks which Client may write to Provider as payment for any service by Provider or rental of Provider’s equipment.
Access, Space & Power for photo booth
Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the photo booth at event’s venue. Client is responsible for providing power for the photo booth. The photo booth requires a 110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within 50 feet (along a wall) of the set up area. The circuit must be free of all other loads. Any delay in the performance or damage to the photo booth equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the Client. The Client shall provide crowd control if warranted and furnish Moments In Ink with directions to event. Client shall provide Moments In Ink with safe and appropriate working condition and a solid floor. This includes a 10 ft x 15 ft area for setup. If the height of the room is lower than 9 ft, proper lighting and backdrop can not be guaranteed.
