Moments In Ink Photo Booth Rental Agreement
1. Services Provided
The Provider agrees to provide photobooth rental services for the event detailed below:
Event Date: As mentioned in the questionnaire
Event Location: As mentioned in the questionnaire
The photobooth will be set up and ready to operate at the agreed start time and will be taken down promptly after the end time. Operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photo booth.
2. Payment Terms
Total Rental Fee: Must be paid in full 30 days before the event
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of the total fee (50% of the total rental fee) is required to secure the booking.
Balance Due: The remaining balance (50% of the total rental fee) is due 30 days before the event date.
Extension: Extension of service may be declined by Moments In Ink unless it has been prearranged in this contract already. Breaks in between the start and end time of service will be billed unless it has been prearranged as well.
Returned Cheques: The Client agrees that, in addition to any other legal rights and remedies available to the Provider, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for any returned checks issued by the Client as payment for services rendered by the Provider or for the rental of the Provider’s equipment
3. Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable.
If the Client cancels the booking within 60 days of the event, 50% of the total rental fee will be returned.
4. Equipment and Setup The Provider will provide the following equipment:
Photobooth unit
Props and backdrops
Lighting
The Provider will ensure that the photobooth is in good working condition.
Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the photo booth at the event's venue. Client is responsible for providing power for the photo booth. The photo booth requires a 110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within 50 feet (along a wall) of the set up area. The circuit must be free of all other loads. Any delay in the performance or damage to the photo booth equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the Client. The Client shall provide crowd control if warranted and furnish Moments In Ink with directions to the event. Client shall provide Moments In Ink with safe and appropriate working conditions and a solid floor. This includes a 10’ x 15’ area for setup.
5. Liability and Insurance The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any liability, damage, or loss arising from the use of the photobooth during the event. The Provider is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by the misuse of the equipment.
6. Use of Photos The Client agrees that the Provider may use photos taken during the event for promotional purposes, including social media and website content. The Client may opt out of this clause by providing written notice before the event.
7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of BC.
8. Agreement Signature By signing this Agreement, both parties agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
