Requirements:
- Any Applicant had recognized continuing education courses in Oral Implantology (noted that the Continuing Education Hours (CDE/CME) are minimum 200 CE should include but not limited to the following examples:
- Basic of Implant Surgery
- Radiology and Computer Diagnostics in Dental Implant
- Periodontology (Soft and Hard Tissue)
- Implant prosthetics
- Pharmacology and Anesthesia
- Medical Emergencies
- Advanced Implantology Courses Certificates in :
- Sinus Lifting
- Bone Splitting
- Bone augmentation techniques
- Nerve Transpositioning
- Soft tissue management around implants
- PRF
- Live Cadaver Courses
- Any Applicant shoud take module 11 (20 CE) in addition of (200 CE the theoritical part) to enter Part I Written Examination.
- The CE/CME courses conducted by others should be listed in the linked table and send it by email to be evaluated by IBOI Board of Directors to decide how many CE Points can be accepted toward the IBOI part 1 exam.
Note: * The Applicant can download the Part I Written Examination Application of the International Board of Oral Implantology (IBOI) and should be completed and send it via email to drtamimi@drtamimi.com, If you have any questions, please contact the IBOI office.
If you are GBOI / ABOI Certified, you will be exempted from Part I written Examination
