Things to keep in mind before you call us:

• This is a final decision you are making for your pet .....understand that when our veterinarian comes to your home, they are not there to diagnose your pet.  They are there for one reason.....to help your pet cross the Rainbow Bridge from home.

• If we do not answer your call, know that we will return your call as soon as possible  but it may be up to 24 hours if we are working with other pet owners or other circumstances prevent us from returning your call right away.

• We are not an emergency service. We must have at least a few days' notice to help you and your pet. Please do not expect that we can come out the same day.

• We work rarely or not at all on the weekends and in the evenings . Be prepared to adjust your work schedule to accommodate our veterinarians' schedules, not the other way around.

• We will help you through this step by step ....you are not alone in this.  We have all been through this more than once.  We understand.
