I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I am both physically and mentally healthy and fit to volunteer at Ramat Hanadiv.

I declare that my physical and mental states were checked and approved by a certified doctor before joining the volunteer program and that there are no medicall findings that prevent me from doing the volunteer work.

I am aware that volunteering at Ramat Hanadiv involves physical effort and I understand that if I am not sufficiently physically fit I could endanger my health.

I declare that if there are any changes in my physical or mental health I will immediately update the responsible parties at Ramat Hanadiv.

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to fulfill all instructions, regulations, and guidelines of Ramat Hanadiv in order to ensure my personal safety.

I declare that I have read this Declaration of Health. I understand its contents and have provided full and correct information regarding my physical and medical condition, past and present.

Dear Volunteer,
We are pleased to receive your request to volunteer at Ramat Hanadiv and we congratulate you on your desire to work to benefit environmental protection. As you begin your volunteer activity, we would like to bring to your attention the following guiding principles:

As you know, volunteer activity at Ramat Hanadiv is conducted thanks to your goodwill and without remuneration. We consider you a partner in our shared goals.

During the period that you volunteer, you are entitled:

• To receive training that suits the position you will fill, as is necessary.
• To participate in various activities held at Ramat Hanadiv, such as concerts, periodic lecture forums, etc. to which you will receive an invitation.
• To receive an I.D. tag, which you will be asked to wear while volunteering.
• After a month of constant volunteering - To receive a hat, a shirt and a pair of trousers for your Ramat Hanadiv volunteering activity.
• To receive a volunteer certificate that entitles you and your spouse to a 25% discount at the café Mataim Restaurant (up to 150 NIS per meal) and a 25% discount at the InfoShop at Ramat Hanadiv, upon presenting
  your personal volunteer card.
• To express an opinion or criticism and to offer suggestions on how to manage the activity in which you are involved.
• You are insured against bodily injury as part of the volunteer activity in accordance with the provision of the National Insurance Law.

During your volunteer activity period, you are asked:

• To adhere to the safety instructions, including wearing a hat, long pants, and closed shoes when working outdoors.
• To maintain the confidentiality of internal information you are exposed to during your time as a volunteer.
• Not to pass on any information and/or to be interviewed by the media with regard to Ramat Hanadiv or your activity, without advance written permission.
• To work according to the instructions of the Ramat Hanadiv representative and to report any unusual incident you encounter while you volunteer, without delay.
• To give advance notification of any expected absence or termination of the volunteer activity in advance.
• The period of your volunteer activity shall be coordinated with the volunteers’ coordinator. Note that you are entitled to terminate your volunteer activity at any time, based on your own discretion. Moreover, Ramat Hanadiv is entitled to terminate your volunteer activity at any time and for any reason.

We appreciate your willingness and desire to dedicate your time, effort, and professionalism to Ramat Hanadiv for the benefit of environmental protection.

 

Upon joining the volunteer staff of Ramat Hanadiv you will need to attach a photo. 

The photo will be used to issue your volunteer card. 

The card will valid for the current volunteering year and will be renewed annually. 

The card affords its owner the following: 

 

25% discount on products in the InfoShop (except for products on special) 

25% discount on a meal for two at Mata'im restaurant (up to 150 NIS) 

I am aware that the activities of visitors and/or volunteers at Ramat Hanadiv are photographed and documented in other ways by you.

I, the undersigned, take part in this volunteering work and agree that if a picture and/or photograph of me appears in the said documentation, you are permitted to use it for the purposes of advertising for Ramat Hanadiv, as you see fit, in all of the acceptable media (internet, press, advertising, the organisation’s website etc.).
