This Airport Transfer form represents an agreement between the Lead Traveller and Trubb Taxi Services.  The Lead Traveller agrees to the following on behalf of all other travellers.

1. Lead Traveller must be 18 years or older.
2. When this form is submitted to us, we will issue a confirmation of your booking with a pay on arrival invoice.
3. Trubb Taxi Service agrees to pick up Travellers at port of disembarkment and take them to their desired hotel.
4. Payment for transfer will be made upon arrival, all funds are in US dollars.
5. Lead Traveller is free to amend or cancel booking up to the day before arrival in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  All cancellation and amendments should be sent to minibus090@gmail.com.
