Research Fee Schedule
- Individual Research Fee — $30.00
  Includes research and planning for one destination. For multiple destinations, select the appropriate quantity at checkout.
- Travel Within 14 Days — $50.00
  Applies when travel departs within 14 days of the inquiry date.
- Proposal Revision — $10.00 per revision
  Applies to requested changes after the initial proposals are delivered.
- Proposal Requote — $15.00
  Applies when pricing expires, supplier terms change, or the itinerary requires rebuilding due to significant modifications.
- Group Booking Research Fee (6+ travelers) — $80.00
  Includes group coordination, supplier communication, and consolidated planning.
- Wedding Research Fee — $100.00
  Includes destination wedding venue research, resort coordination, and event package consultation.
What You’ll Receive

Once your research fee is paid, you will receive:
- Up to three (3) curated travel proposals
- Detailed descriptions and pricing breakdowns
- Professional booking support through the completion of your trip
Proposal Timeline

Please allow 3–7 business days to receive your proposals after payment is submitted.

A confirmation email will be sent once your request and payment are successfully received.

Passport Requirement Policy

If your destination requires a passport:
- All travelers must have a valid passport before booking can be finalized.

- Travelers are responsible for ensuring passport validity meets destination requirements, including expiration guidelines.
