A. Postponment: If inclement weather, heavy rain or electric storms are forecasted for the time that your event is scheduled, then the client has the right to postpone the event. Wild Things Zoofari.Inc must be notified of the postponement before traveling to the event. The client may reschedule the event within 60 days of the original event date at no additional cost. If the postponement of the event is made after travel to the event has begun,there will be a charge of 25% (twenty-five percent) of the invoice price which is our contract + travel expense. Once the petting zoo have arrived the full amount for the booked service becomes due, and postponement of the event is not an option.
B. Cancellation: Cancellations can only be made based on inclement weather. Cancellations of any other nature will be charged a cancellation fee and with signing this agreement and submitting it the client agrees to the following cancellation fees. The $75 Deposit is non refundable.
a)Cancellations 30 days prior to the event, will be $100 dollars charge.
b) Cancellations 2 weeks prior to the event, will be a 25% charge of the amount owed.
c) Cancellations 24 hrs prior to the event, will be a 50% charge of the amount owed.
C. Contact: Direct contact will need to be made with receiving a response if you plan on canceling or postponing. You must try to call first and if no one is reached text 512 659 5151 and make sure you have a response and send an email as well. If this is not done the cancellation or postponement will not be accepted. If you do not observe this, the event stays on schedule, and the full balance becomes due.
D. Disclaimer: We reserve the right to cancel services for circumstances beyond our control (Animal illness, equipment failure or sick employees) or due to extreme heat or extreme cold during summer and winter or when the weather could risk the health of our animals.
