FIRST TIME CLIENTS

MODELS- one row creative freedom (soft dimensional color) expect an investment of $2000.

Most first time clients can expect to invest $3200* to $5400* for us to work together getting you the hair of your dreams,

This investment covers The Luna Method Hair Extensions, Seamless Color, Cut and Styling and take home goody bag with full size retail.

RETURNING CLIENTS

If you would like an expert referral instead of a move up with Ashlee please note that in this form.

For my returning Luna Clients you can expect the following:

Adjustemnt of the Hair Extensions every 6-10 weeks.

As a Luna client you may need to replace upto 3 wefts per row every third move up.* this will depend on how you care for you hair and how radically you change your color

Some choose to refresh some of the hair sooner than later, and this comes with additional investment.

A tighten and color touch up is $1950.00 this includes full size take home recommended by the creator of The Luna Method, custom color, cut, installation and a meal.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you fail to change or cancel your appointment prior to 72 HOURS before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your allocated service.

If you are 5 minutes late or later, you are choosing to cancel your appointment and will be charged 100% of your allocated service.

*Extension appointments and no shows will be charged up to 100% of the allocated service.

We do understand that our policies are strict.
