- Executed application and/or 1003 form
- Recent appraisal (if any)
- P&S Agreement (if possible)
- Detailed Debt Schedule
- 2 years Borrower and Business Financials (Personal Financials Statements, Tax Returns, P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Accounts/Receivable & Accounts/Payable Reports)
- 12 months Recent Bank Statements
- Offtake Agreements and/or LOIs, and/or P/Os
- Recent Credit Report (all Principals)
- REO Schedule
- Use of Funds Explanation
- Executive Summary/Business Description
- Rent Roll, if applicable
For a Short Term working capital business allocations (under$100,000) the following documents are needed for underwriting:
- Executed application
- Most recent 6 months of business banking statements (and merchant processing statements, if applicable)
- Detailed Debt Schedule
- Use of Funds
- Credit Score.
- For allocations over $100,000 please ALSO include:
- Business Financials (Personal Financials Statements, Tax Returns, P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Accounts/Receivable & Accounts/Payable Reports)
- Offtake Agreements and/or LOIs, and/or P/Os
- 12 months Recent Bank Statements
- Corporate Entity Structure (Including all subs, related entities, and ownership %'s).
If Cannabis-Related please include:
- Cannabis License Details with any supporting documentation (feel free to redact anything sensitive)
