    21st APSF brings you the opportunity to be a part of something extraordinary.
  • Event Dates: 14th, 15th and 16th February 2020

  • THIS INFORMATION IS IMPORTANT SO ALL FIELDS MUST BE FILLED.

    Each team can have a maximum of 5 participants, and a minimum of 2. More than 5 participants will have to be registered in 2 or more teams.

  • Note: An Ambassador can register with only one of his teams (in case of multiple teams) for participation. In that case, the ambassador can be the Team Representative of that particular team.

  • Terms and Conditions

    1. Participants are not allowed to keep fire arms or any weapon of any kind even if licensed. Anyone found possessing fire arms/weapons will be immediately disqualified and strict action will be taken against him/her.
    2. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. Participants are not allowed to smoke in lecture halls, café, labs, hostel rooms, common rooms or anywhere near Faculties or where nonsmokers might be offended.
    3. Participants are not allowed to carry any kind of drugs, narcotics, alcohol or sheesha. Anyone found possessing drugs/narcotics or alcohol will be immediately disqualified and strict action will be taken against him/her.
    4. Participants are not allowed to roam in their private vehicles inside the GIKI premises.
    5. Male participants are not allowed to go to the restricted area, i.e. Girl’s hostel and faculty colony.
    6. Participants are expected to keep noise level to minimum inside the hostels after 11pm.

    • Copy of CNIC or Student Card of all the team members
  • Event fees is PKR.4000/- per Participant Registration,  Which will include:

    • Transportation
    • Accomodation for 3 days
    • Theme Dinner
    • Technical Modules
    • Social Events
