FAME on the Plains AMT Application

We are accepting applications for the 2024 FAME Cohort! The deadline to apply is Friday, February 14, 2025.

The Alabama FAME (Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education) program at Southern Union State Community College (SUSCC) incorporates an Associate of Applied Science Degree (AAS) in Advanced Manufacturing and two years of paid industry experience.

The following must be completed before beginning the application:
1. The SUSCC application & get a student A number.
2. Obtain copies of high school and college transcripts (if applicable)or Accuplacer scores
3. Have an updated resume
4. A written statement that answers the question: "What career goals do you hope to achieve within the next 5 years?"
The complete FAME application and required essay are due no later than Friday, February 14, 2025.

Only complete applications will be considered. A complete application does not guarantee acceptance into the FAME program
