Please read through our dog policy before bringing your pet in. By signing, you are agreeing to follow the policy as outlined below:

• Members must provide up to date vaccination papers before bringing furry friends into our space.
• Dogs must be house-broken.
• The owner must clean up after the dog. 
• Dogs are not allowed to roam around unsupervised.
• Dogs must be leashed in common areas.
• If a dog is being disruptive, noisy, or destructive in any way, WeWork staff can ask the member to remove the pet from the space. Any damages will be on-charged to the member and access to the space can be revoked.

Please keep in mind that failure to follow the policy could result in termination of membership agreement.

Submit your proof of vaccinations and photo of your dog below and the Community team will keep it on file.

Depending on the age of your pup, for proof of vaccination please send through: 

6-8 weeks – first vaccination
10-12 weeks – booster vaccination
14-16 weeks – final puppy vaccination
If older than 16 weeks, please send through proof of annual booster vaccinations.
