By completing the following form and submitting it, I affirm and certify that I am the owner of record for the shares indicated on the date I submit this form.  Further, I affirm and certify that I am in support of the Motion for an Official Equity Committee in the AbitibiBowater case as contained in Docket #2663.  I furthermore cetify that I am not a member of the Litigation Trust at the time I submit this form.  I understand that submitting this form does not obligate me in any way to financially contribute now or in the future to the Litigation Trust associated with this effort.  I also understand the Litigation Trust is not representing me as a client in this effort and I hold harmless and indemnify the Litigation Trust in all matters related to the appointment of an Official Equity Committee in the AbitibiBowater, Inc., bankruptcy case now and in perpetuity.
