  • Are you ready for a fun filled energetic Bollywood Workout?

    Come join us for a Cardio dance workout to loose up to 800 calaries in one hour class. You'll tone your arms, legs, abs and the entire body in one action packed class with exciting Bollywood and Tollywood music

    Classes will be held every Friday @ 6:30pm in Studio A at the Mason Community Center starting Friday, January 17th, 2020.

        • Instructor: Mamatha Gudimalla, Zumba and BollyX (Bollywood workout) Certified.

          Mamatha Gudimalla has been teaching Indian Dance for the past 9 years and started Bollywood fitness classes 6 years ago.

          She is Zumba and BollyX (Bollywood Workout) certified and currently teaches Bollywood Workout at Courtyard every Wed at 7.35pm.

          At Mason Community Center, she teaches Bollywood Workout every friday at 6.30pm in Studio A for the Indian community.

          Please join her class and experience a fun and exciting dance workout on Tollywood and Bollywood Music.
