It’s time again to nominate students for the prestigious Arkansas Times Academic All-Star team, the only statewide recognition of outstanding students in the state. In May, the Arkansas Times, a Little Rock media company, will announce its 26th All-Star team. In years past, we’ve presented plaques and more than $120,000 in scholarships to top high school students. A representative from each high school, public or private, may nominate ONE male and ONE female senior. The deadline to complete this application is March 4. More details are provided on the application form that follows, but the emphasis is on academic excellence. Past winners have tended to be multi-talented students. All-Stars will be recognized at a ceremony in Little Rock in May. Because we get hundreds of applications, only winners will be contacted. Please let Arkansas Times editor Lindsey Millar (email@example.com or 501-492-3989) know if you have any questions. You may save the form and return to it. IMPORTANT: If one nominator plans to nominate two students, the nominator must create two accounts with JotForm, our survey provider. That means using two different email addresses, perhaps a personal email or a colleague's. Feel free to input your preferred email address for both nominees in the survey itself. The second email address will only be important if you want to save the second nominee's form and return to it later.
