Utah FFA Talent Application

All Talent performers, unless specifically granted an exemption by the Utah FFA Association Executive Committee will perform at the convention in FFA Official Dress. An exemption can be requested in the form.

Please submit a video of your performance by adding a YouTube, Google Drive, or other electronic link in the box below. If your performance is singing or musical only, an audio recording is sufficient.*

Mark any equipment you will require. Audio files for accompaniment must be provided to the state by February 15th. We can not guarantee that all requested equipment will be available, but every effort will be made to do so!*

If you would like to request an exemption to perform in clothing other than FFA Official Dress, please explain your request below. For example, if you are a dance performer, it is appropriate to perform in something other than official dress.
