The final balance payment should be made no later than 8 weeks prior to the start date of the tour. If any balance remains unpaid we reserve the right to consider you booking cancelled and apply the stated cancellation conditions as detailed below.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ITINERARIES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT SHORT NOTICE DUE TO LOCAL CONDITIONS.

All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking or the person who is due to travel and are effective on the day we receive them. Cancellation charge, as a percentage of the total tour price, excluding pre-payments, depends on the number of days the cancellation notice is received.

In the case of cancellation by you more than 8 weeks before departure, we are entitled to retain your deposit. In case of cancellation between 3 and 8 weeks before departure we are entitled to retain 50% of the price of the trip. In the case of cancellations less than 3 weeks before departure we are entitled to retain the full price of the trip.
