  • Program Information

    Tuition is based on the days you chose below. Minimum enrollment is three days/week.
  • Registration Fee: $100.00 per child.

    Tuition is based on the days {childsName} attends. Payment can be in the form of cash, check, or through Brightwheel. 

    Tuition is paid for the days your child is enrolled, whether or not your child attends.

  • We would like to use pictures of your the KIDS@PUMC Preschool Programs student in brochures, on the church website, and Facebook page. We will not include students’ names or any other information.

  • I, {parentguardianName}, understand that I will be notified of {childsName}'s acceptance into the KIDS@PUMC Preschool Programs via email.  

    I agree that upon {childsName}'s acceptance into the KIDS@PUMC Preschool Programs, I agree to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $100 per child with cash, check or online at the Preschool Programs Payment Portal before 6:00 pm the next business day.

    I will also provide a completed emergency form/liability waiver and field trip no later than the first day of the summer program.
