Before submitting your application:
1. Know that we do not pay for performances on Community Stages, this is part of Mayfest, Inc.'s give back to the community. Our Community Stages are a space for local schools and groups to showcase their talents.
2. If your scheduled performance date/time is during a time when tickets are required for entry, we will provide your group with one complimentary admission ticket per performer, one additional complimentary admission ticket for a parent or gauardian for performers under the age of 18 and 10 complimentary admission tickets for your staff, production team, and/or volunteers. Any others wishing to attend will be able to purchase a discounted ticket online using the discount code: DANCER. If a school or group wishes to purchase additional tickets, Mayfest is happy to provide hard copy tickets in packs of 10 for $50. These tickets must be ordered and paid for before packet pick-up day on April 3, 2026.
3. Packet pick-up day will be Friday, April 3, 2026 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. at 6115 Camp Bowie Blvd, Ste 280, Fort Worth, TX 76116. Please plan to have an authorized representative pick-up your packet. They will be required to sign for the packet. If your group prefers a certified delivery of your ticket/parking pass packet, a fee of $10 is required for this service, payable prior to April 3, 2026. Replacements of lost or misplaced parking passes will require a fee of $150 per performance slot. Replacements of lost or misplaced performer tickets will be at a fee of $7 each.
4. One parking pass per performance group booking will be issued to the instructor or group lead for entertainment parking access to allow for you to transport your props, costumes, etc. to a location where our Entertainment Team will assist you to your stage. This is for ONE car only and allows access 30 minutes before and after performance time. Directions to access your assigned stage are listed on the back of the parking pass.
5. We do not provide performer parking or family parking for those performing on Community Stages. Please plan accordingly and communicate this to your performer famillies. Parking will be available at Farrington Field and Dickies Arena for a fee.
6. Please allow plenty of time for traffic, parking, making it through the entrance gates at Mayfest and locating your performance stage. Our Community Stages run on a tight schedule to ensure as many groups as possible can have an opportunity to showcase at Mayfest. Your time will not be extended if your group runs late to the event.
7. Community stage hosts will be at each stage to welcome you and assist with transition between performance groups. DJ’s will provide the sound system for the music you provide. Please come prepared with more than one copy of your music as a back-up. A single dressing room is available at the rear of the stage.
