Dear INN Member,
To demonstrate to member organizations the fundraising potential of their existing donor base, INN is subsidizing DonorSearch wealth screening for all INN members in good standing.
INN will review the wealth screenings, and highlight donors with financial capacity and philanthropic interest who might be ready for a solicitation. Those donors highlighted is where the news organization may want to begin cultivating a relationship.
Note: INN will subsidize the wealth screening fees for up to 500 donor records per news organization, eligible in this Initiative. There is no restriction on the number of submitted records for screening. However, each organization will be required to pay 20 cents per donor record for each wealth screening beyond the first 500 donor records. This wealth screening is not limited to NewsMatch donors. Members are encouraged to screen as many donors as possible to uncover the true giving potential of their donor base.
Confidentiality of donor records
INN and its employees and agents shall not disclose any information acquired in the performance of its duties to any third party except as permitted in writing. Such non-disclosure shall apply, but is not limited to, information concerning INN, any of its members and organizations to which services are provided.
Anatomy of a valid donor record
Wealth screening requires donor records with first and last name, street address with city, state and zip in a spreadsheet. Email addresses are not valid for wealth screening. To begin the process, please complete the information below and you will be emailed a spreadsheet template with instructions.
