I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Big Sky Happy Tail and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster animal.

I accept full responsibility for the animal(s) actions at all times, and release Big Sky Happy Tails, Inc. from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such animal(s).

I agree to have Big Sky Happy Tails, complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application.

I agree that if I'm unable to foster the animal(s) anymore that I will return the animal(s) to Big Sky Happy Tails, and try to give BSHT a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the animal(s).

As a foster you will be given the first right of adoption for the animal, as such time Big Sky Happy Tails decides to place this animal for adoption.

Big Sky Happy Tails is a foster based rescue and it can take several days for us to find a place for your foster.

I agree to contact Big Sky Happy Tails with all questions or concerns regarding the foster animal or the Foster Care Program as well as updated contact information.

By submitting this application, I affirm that the facts set forth in it are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if I am accepted as a foster, that I am not the rightful owner of the animal and any medical decisions/rehoming decisions will be made by Big Sky Happy Tails, (BSHT). I understand that any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by me on this application may result in an immediate termination of the foster contract and the foster animal to be returned. BSHT shall be held harmless from and against any and all claims and damages of every kind, for injury to any person or persons and for damage to or loss of property, arising out of or attributed to, directly or indirectly, the operations or performance of the above named volunteer (foster) under this agreement, including claims and damages arising in whole or part from the negligence of BSHT. I agree to notify BSHT of any injuries such as illness, escapes, injuries or any concerns pertaining to my foster as soon as possible.
