E. Letters of Recommendation

All Fellows are required to submit at least one letter of recommendation with their application. Fellows may submit additional letters of recommendation if desired. Letters of recommendation must come from someone who has worked with you in a professional and/or ministry setting, such as Community or Volunteer Colleagues, College Faculty, Supervisor, Manager, Deacon (Minister), Head of Department, or Pastor (not including relatives). Recommendation letters should speak to the Fellows' potential to succeed in the program. All recommendation letters are required to be on the appropriate letter head. References letters can be uploaded or emailed. If emailed, please instruct your references to submit responses directly to YMP@danielleadershipinstitute.org, and include "Reference for (applicant name)" in the e-mail subject line. Reference letters must be submitted via email in a Word or PDF attachment. References submitted in the body of an email, or in any other format will not be accepted. Applications are not complete until the letter of recommendation is received. Reference deadline is also February 22, 2020

F. Tuition

The total program cost for each participant is $175.00. Payment will be needed for each fellows' participation in the program. Please contact us if any custom payment options/plans is desired. Approval for such custom plans is on a case by case basis. Note: A small amount of financial aid may be available for applicants that truly demonstrate need. Applicants seeking aid should send an email request to YMP@DanielLeadershipInstitute.org. Availability of funds is not guaranteed.
G. Commitment to 100% Participation

It is important for each participant to embark on this process fully committed to the program and to his or her classmates. Attendance at all Fellows' events is expected for the duration of the program year, however, we permit a maximum of two (2) excused absences per program year. Fellows are expected to request and receive permission at least two (2) weeks prior to the anticipated absent date.
