We would love for you to apply to be one of our Class of 2021 Model Citizen Reps for senior pictures. We are looking for girls and guys from all local high schools in and around the Phoenix surrounding areas to be senior reps for senior pictures. NO experience necessary.

What we're looking for...Rising 2021 Seniors who love our pictures! You must follow us on instagram! You must want us to do your senior pictures! You must have your parent's permission to fill out this form. We will contact them once we receive your application to chat with them about our Model Citizen Rep Program. *No Experience Necessary* We are looking for ALL types of people! We help you every step of the way! If you think you're not photogenic, this is for YOU! We want average girls and guys who want to have above average senior pictures and an amazingly fun senior year!
