Child Evangelism Fellowship of Indiana Incorporated (CEF of IN) has the sole right to accept or deny my application for any reason. I understand that once I submit this application, and if I am approved to serve as a Summer Missionary with CEF of IN, I am personally responsible to uphold the Code of Conduct which has been presented as well as follow any additional addendums present in the future which will support the ongoing operation and mission of CEF of IN. I agree and commit before God and man to maintain my service faithfully throughout the period of time as assigned by the Local Director in my area.
