1. PRE-ORDER RESERVATION: When placing a Pre-Order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and contact number. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. SpringAutumn shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to springxu93@gmail.com or through our Facebook page. For customers who expect immediate delivery of pre-order items and cannot conform with the pre-order timeline, we highly recommend NOT TO PLACE ORDER to avoid frustration and misunderstanding in the future. We would greatly appreciate your kind understanding and consideration of the timeline arrival & delivery
2. PAYMENT: you can pay through any remittance (LBC, Western Union, and Palawan Express) and mobile payment (Gcash and Bank transfer). 50% Downpayment is required for us to process your orders and the remaining balance can be settled upon delivery or COD.
3. DELIVERY: we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and SpringAutumn does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.
4. PRICE: local shipping fee is not included in the quoted prices unless discussed with SpringAutumn. The shipping fee is based on the quotation of LBC and Ggx
5. CANCELLATION: Ordered items are considered sold but you can cancel within 24hrs and be posted bogus buyer on SpringAutumn Emporium page and Community market
