Scholarship Application
The Junior Service League of Midwest City has provided grants to community programs for many years. Several years ago the grant program was extended to also provide college scholarships to graduating seniors. The Junior Service League of Midwest City is pleased to award scholarships to graduating seniors in the Mid-Del and Choctaw school districts.

We are now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 year.

COMPLETE APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE:
- This online application
- Letter of recommendation, either personal contact or from a teacher
- Official transcript including ACT score
- Description of what community service means to you
- A statement from your employer verifying the number of hours worked each week, if applicable
