After this registration form is submitted, you have the right to cancel your registration and obtain a full refund minus the application fee if it is requested in writing within seven (7) days of submission. The cancellation request should be sent via email to email@example.com. Once a refund has been issued, the student will be withdrawn from that/those course(s) and will no longer have access to the course material.
After the seven (7) day period has passed, no refund will be offered to the student. No partial refunds will be offered for partially completed courses after the seven (7) days from the date of registration.

Installed payment #1 - Place a down payment of $320 plus a $40 application fee. Student will then choose either monthly installments of $310 or $155 every two weeks.
