Additionally, I have been honing my craft in lashing since 2014 and established my own business in the beauty industry in 2019. Alongside this journey, I take great pride in serving as a dedicated small business owner, humbly contributing to the vibrant beauty community.

COURSE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS  

Additionally, I recommend completing an eye exam within the last 6 – 12 months to ensure your vision is in optimal condition.
If any concerns arise, please ensure they have been addressed and corrected with glasses, contacts, or laser treatments.

Anatomy and Application:

Understand natural lash and eye anatomy, along with classic and volume extension application techniques. Learn the art of eye-mapping and design to create stunning lash looks tailored to each client.

Techniques and Maintenance:

Explore removal techniques, refills, and retention methods to ensure long-lasting, beautiful lashes for your clients. Dive into safety guides, sterilization, and sanitation practices to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.

Client Care and Marketing:

Learn how to prepare clients, address eye conditions and allergies, and implement effective maintenance and aftercare routines. Gain insights into client waiver forms, FAQs, troubleshooting common problems, and valuable tips and tricks to enhance your lash services.

Business Essentials:

Discover pricing strategies, effective marketing techniques, and the importance of professional photography and lighting to showcase your work effectively.

Hands-On Practice:

Put your knowledge into action with hands-on practice sessions using mannequin heads and live models (provided by yourself). Receive ongoing guidance and feedback from experienced mentors (myself) to refine your skills and enhance your confidence indefinitely.

Each training session will span between 4 to 6 hours. Dates and times can be flexibly adjusted to suit your availability, subject to remaining seat availability. To schedule your sessions and complete registration, please reach out to me directly via email.

While arranging practice models for the course is the responsibility of students, assistance in finding models can be provided upon request.

Please be aware that online payments made with a credit card will incur a processing fee. Regardless of the payment method, all courses will be accompanied by an invoice and receipt for your records.

I acknowledge and fully understand that the procedure and products used in this course carry inherent risks, including but not limited to, eye irritation, discomfort, or allergic reactions. By signing this agreement, I absolve and hold harmless the property owners, Melissa Tam, and Wink Fairie from any liability related to these risks.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that the models I practice on must also sign a liability release waiver, absolving the aforementioned parties from any liability. I grant Melissa Tam and Wink Fairie full rights to capture, publish, and reproduce photographs and videos featuring my models and me.

It is important to note that successful completion of the training course does not establish a direct affiliation or responsibility between myself and Wink Fairie. Each student and their respective business operate independently and must comply with all relevant rules, regulations, laws, and bylaws in their geographical area. It remains the sole responsibility of each student to adhere to applicable provincial and national laws. Wink Fairie will not assume responsibility for any independent choices or actions made by a student who fails to comply with these laws.

By affixing my signature below, I affirm that I have read and understood the above statements and agree to abide by them. This agreement remains effective for the current training session and all future training sessions and procedures conducted. I release the property owners, Melissa Tam, and Wink Fairie from any liability associated with these procedures and training.

The outstanding balance for the course must be settled in full one week before the course commencement date if paying via E-transfer, cheque, cash, or PayPal. Remaining payments made using E-transfer, cheque, or cash may be presented on the first day of class. Please note that this payment is non-refundable. You will receive a comprehensive receipt and invoice for each payment made.

Please ensure that the information provided above is accurate. Your full legal name will be utilized for certification purposes.

Once this form is successfully completed and submitted, you will receive the course deposit details via email. The remaining balance will be due on the first day of the training session. Failure to submit the deposit will result in the forfeiture of your initial payment and your reserved seat in the class.
