Delivery of Works

Usually, the date of delivery of the works is the Monday before opening unless otherwise organised. If you have any problems with this timeframe please give us a ring on 07 4681 3991.

Labels & Sales Sheet

Please fill in the Schedule A (Google Sheet | Excel) two weeks before the exhibition opens. This will generate the sales sheet and the labels. Please ensure that you have capitals etc. in places that you would like for the labels.

Other didactic information that you would like to have displayed

If you have explanatory information on the artworks /artist- that you would like to be part of the exhibition, please send 2 weeks before them at the same time as Schedule A.

Artist video

We encourage artists to supply a short video 2-3 minutes that can be used by the gallery from promotion and on social media. This can be on yourself or why and how that art (or one piece of art) was created. This also needs to be supplied at least 2 weeks before opening night.

Opening Night

Opening night is usually on the Friday of the first week and starts at 6 pm unless otherwise arranged. Please be there by 5.30 pm.

Are you or someone you know speaking at the opening? Each person usually speaks between 3- 5 minutes. Please let us know.

Invitations & Posters

We send an electronic invitation and poster that you can share with your network.
