  • You have indicated "No I did not" contact the hotel/motel or accommodation host.  This is a policy requirement and either yourself or a designated Iconic Worker on your troupe tour must contact the hotel/motel or accommodation host.  Refer to the Accommodation Policy of the requirements by clicking here.

  • You have indicated "Yes, but they were not contactable" when you tried to contact the hotel/motel or accommodation host.  This is a policy requirement and either yourself or a designated Iconic Worker on your troupe tour must contact the hotel/motel or accommodation host.  Refer to the Accommodation Policy of you need to do if you are not able to make contact with the accommodation or host of the accommodation by clicking here.

  • Did you confirm with the hotel/motel or accommodation host your arrival time and collection of keys etc?*
  • You have indicated "No I did not" confirm the arrival time and collection of keys with the hotel/motel or accommodation host.  This is a policy requirement and either yourself or a designated Iconic Worker on your troupe tour must contact the hotel/motel or accommodation host to confirm these details.  Refer to the Accommodation Policy for the requirements by clicking here.

  • BEFORE YOU ENTER THE ACCOMMODATION and Now that you have arrived at your ACCOMMODATION, a delegate of the travelling troupe of Iconic or you, if you are attending alone, are required to check-in or inform the staff/host of the accommodation that you have checked in for their verification at the exact time of check-in. Has this been done and how has it it been done?*
  • You have indicated "No this has not been done" in relation to confirming your arrival at the accommodation by SMS/TEXT MESSAGE, email or in person. 

    DO NOT ENTER THE PROPERTY OR ACCOMMODATION.
    By entering the premise you will be committing a crime of break and enter as you have not informed the accommodation of your arrival and check-in. 

    It is company policy that you do not enter any property or accommodation without confirming your arrival and check in at that accommodation location. If you enter the accommodation you will be liable and responsible for all prosecution and associated costs to illegally entering someone else property.  Refer to the Accommodation Policy for the requirements by clicking here.

  • You have indicated "Yes, verbally or over the phone only" in relation to confirming your arrival at the accommodation by SMS/TEXT MESSAGE, email or in person. 

    DO NOT ENTER THE PROPERTY OR ACCOMMODATION.
    By entering the premise you will be committing a crime of break and enter as you have no way to verify or confirm that the host has provided you permission of access for you arrival and check-in. 

    It is company policy that you do not enter any property or accommodation without confirming your arrival and check in at that accommodation location by SMS/TEXT MESSAGE, email or in person.   • Are you 100% familiar with the Iconic Accommodation Policy regarding what an Iconic Worker is required to follow, do and adhere to "DURING YOUR STAY, EVERY DAY / ALL DAY" whilst at the Accommodation.*
