Before you begin, understand the purpose of this form is to gather information on the location, the history, and any paranormal claims. Some people submit a site not knowing for sure if the area contains paranormal activity or not. In this case, don't worry. No one can honestly say whether a place contains ghosts or not. Our services are free to all approved locations ($25 Reservation Fee for out-of-county locations within a 100-mile radius from Somerset County, Pa to cover travel costs).
We ask to gather any historical dates, claims, stories, and any digital files (photos, deeds, death certificates, etc.) that are relevant to the property to assist us in our research of the property. We look for history that may lead to haunting explanations (deaths, tragedies, trauma, etc.) We also use this information for History Tours to share with participants. If you have nothing to share, that is fine. Even if you do not have digital files but maybe have a copy of something, one method used to digitalize a document or photo is to take a picture with a mobile phone.
