Thank you for your interest in becoming a client! We've created this initial consutation form as a quick way to analyze your current hair and your hair goals, and to see if we are a good match for each other as we specialize in natural looking, lived-in, dimensional color. We do not offer fashion colors or bold placement.

We will review your information and reach out to you via the email address you provide within 3 business days. Please make sure to check your 'Junk' folders!

*PLEASE NOTE: Some weeks can get really busy in the salon. We do our very best to get back to you within the 3 business days. We do not send consultation emails out over the weekend. We very much appreciate your grace and patience!

Are you currently pregnant? *Please be aware that we are not able to perform highlighting services until you reach at least 12 weeks. This is non-negotiable for your safety as well as a predictable outcome as those early hormonal shifts greatly affect your hair. (We can still consult and schedule ahead for when it is safe.)

No direct sunlight) We cannot give you an accurate plan and pricing if we don't receive the photos as requested.
