Payroll Deduction

Each year hundreds of employees demonstrate a remarkable spirit of community by participating in the employee giving campaign. Every investment — regardless of amount — supports our students’ dreams of higher education. Please complete the Payroll Deduction form to enroll.

Indicate the distribution of your gift per pay period. By completing this form, you are replacing any current deductions in place. If you have a current deduction in place, please be sure to include it in the designations and amounts below.

By checking below, I understand that the deduction described above will begin with the first payroll after necessary paperwork is processed. I hereby authorize the SCSU Payroll Office and State of Connecticut Comptroller to deduct my gift to the SCSU Foundation as indicated above, and I understand that my deduction will remain in effect indefinitely, until I notify the SCSU Office of Annual Giving in writing with any changes I wish to make.
