By pressing SUBMIT, you understand that your band's performance time will be determined by the timestamp of this form. The earliest submissions will perform the latest.
After clicking submit, the performance agreement download form will appear on your screen. You are expected to download this form, sign it, have your Principal sign it, and mail it along with your contest fee of $150 and your performance bond of $250 within two weeks of this submission.
A separate check of $250 performance bond is required at the time of application. Please post date this check for October 17th, 2020. Upon arrival to WCU on October 17th, we will return the performance bond to you. Should you cancel your appearance from the time of application through October 17th, we will retain this performance bond (non-refundable). In the event of inclement weather which forces an indoor, stand still performance, you will have the option to attend or cancel your performance. In either case, you will be refunded the $250 performance bond.
This will finish the registration process and will ensure your band's performance in the 2020 Tournament of Champions. If you do NOT mail your agreement form, contest fee, and performance bond within the two week time frame, this submission will be VOID and you will need to RESUBMIT this form. Your time stamp for performance times will also be lost.
