Welcome to the nominiation form for the 2020 Trampoline Indo Pacific Championships (Indo Pacs). Before proceeding with completing the nomination form please ensure you have read the information below.

Travelling Age Requirements

GA has updated Team Travel Policy which is applicable to all teams travelling to a gymnastics event, both domestically and internationally. A key change to this policy is that children who are under 12 years of age on 1 January in the year of the event will be required to travel to and be accommodated at the event with a parent or guardian.

If your child is not 12 as of 1 January 2020, please consider this when deciding whether to nominate your child for selection.

I acknowledge that this is a fully self-funded tour for athletes. Athlete will also b required to contribute to costs for select Team officials to attend the Even for are critical to the Team's operation and participation at the Event (Team Levy).
I acknowledge that Gymnastics Australia has moved to a new uniform supplier (PUMA) and that should I be selected I will be required to purchase PUMA uniform items as directed by Gymnastics Australia.
