I agree that if I am selected as Miss Vigo County Fair Queen or Princess, I will represent Vigo County to the best of my ability in whatever functions are properly assigned to me during the year of my reign. Including but not limited to, the entry to the Miss Indiana State Fair Queen Pageant (Queen). I will be a positive role model for other youth in our community. I understand that this is a one year commitment of my time.

I (or we), the undersigned, are pleased that our child is participating in the Miss Vigo County Fair Queen and Princess Pageant. Our signatures on this agreement indicate that I (or we) will give permission for our daughter's appearance at all pre-fair activities, practices and events and give permission to use information about her and reproductions of her likeness (photographic or otherwise) deemed necessary by the director of this event and the Vigo County Fairboard.

We concur with the fact that the judging of this event will be by judging our daughter as a stranger. We know that the girls will be judged on the basis of:

(1) interview and conversational ability, (2) speech and professionalism, (3) poise, (4) evening gown and (5) professional wear (Queen) or Involvement wear (princess). There will be NO swimsuit or active sportswear competition.

Realizing that the judges, director, and fairboard are doing everything possible to see that the event is conducted in an honorable fashion, I (or we) agree to accept the judges decision without question.
