The UVFM Permit Must be visibly displayed in your vehicle windshield at all times to avoid a fine from the city. The City of Oakland honors a visibly displayed UVFM Vendor Parking Permit strictly on Fridays from 5am to 4pm, on 10th Street, between Broadway and Clay Street. If you park without the permit displayed, or anywhere outside of these parameters, or in an otherwise illegal spot (such as a motorcycle, handicap, driveway, crosswalk, white or red zone, you will be subject to a city parking ticket)

Each Vendor is permitted 2 free Permits. Additional permits are $5 each.
