-I do NOT accept any commission requests from anybody under the age of 18, regardless of what is requested, no exceptions. Any minor that attempts to do so or lies about their age will be blacklisted.
-For the sake of fairness, I only accept a limited amount of commission requests at once from a single client. The exact number is decided based on how many I beleive I can handle at the time. If I haven't sent a notice that the request is accepted or rejected, that probably means I'm holding onto it for later. Usually I do so when I have a queue to clear out first. Please be patient.
-The client will be contacted for each stage (IE: sketch, ink, color, final) via website DM/chat (submitted under "Contact Info", Page 3) with the work-in-progress("WIP"). I will need clients' approval before moving onto the next stage. I expect a reasonably quick response time (IE within a few days) when WIPs are sent. Be sure to check your messages when expecting a commission from me. If you're busy I understand, but if this becomes a frequent problem I might be inclined to no longer accept commissions from you.
-For the sake of time, I can only accept a certain amount of re-draws or last-minute changes. Please be clear as to what you want when making a submission so things go as smoothly and quickly as possible.
-I can have commissions be anonymous or completely private if you wish (check "Privacy Options" dropdown menu, Page 2). Any private commission over $50 will have a markup fee of 10%.
-Sometimes available slots are limited, sometimes they are just left open. Be sure to check when I announce commissions are open, as I will usually tell whether or not they're limited.
-RoyalJellySandwich (Artist) may submit any commission which is permitted to be posted publicly to any online gallery including, but not limited to, DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Twitter, Discord, Tumblr, Pixiv, Weasyl, Itaku, and/or Patreon. Art may potentially be used by RoyalJellySandwich (artist) for promotional purposes.
-Commissioners have permission to post what is drawn for them on personal galleries (DeviantArt, Twitter, etc.), linking back to RoyalJellySandwich and giving proper credit (along with telling me beforehand) is encouraged, but keep in mind to not give out any personal information, such as real names or email addresses. Art may not be edited or altered, unless permission from RoyalJellySandwich (artist) is granted.
-RoyalJellySandwich (artist) reserves copyright for all art drawn. Commissioners reserve copyright of any original characters ("OCs") they own. Agreement to a commission featuring OCs gives consent for RoyalJellySandwich (artist) to use in agreed-upon art and place said art in online galleries. RoyalJellySandwich (artist) agrees to not use any art featuring a commissioner's OC or OCs (referring to original personal characters belonging to a private individual and not owned by a corporation) for commercial purposes or profit (IE: merchandise, ad-supported media), unless any agreement granting permission is made. Conversely, commissioners must agree to not use any art created by RoyalJellySandwich (artist) for commercial purposes or profit, unless any agreement granting permission is made.
-Any sketches or higher tier of commisisoned art that is then worked on by a different artist (IE having another artist finish a sketch with ink, or finish ink with full color, etc.) is allowed only with permission from me beforehand.
-Nothing I draw or create is to be used for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
-Nothing I draw or create is to be used for AI art, training AI, or machine learning.
