Camp Fee: $1100*
(* KYMTC will accept a 50% deposit ($550)
with full fee payment due by July 1, 2026)

After you submit the WAITING LIST application (by clicking on the button below), DO NOT SEND ANY FEES AT THIS TIME. If a spot becomes available, you can send your fees at that time.

Cancellations

If you cancel your camper(s) registration before July 1, 2026, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

If you cancel after July 1, 2026, and we are unable to fill your spot(s) from the waiting list, we will only refund 50% of the total fee ($550 per camper). If we can fill your spot(s) from the waiting list, you will receive a full refund.

Once the camp has started (July 27) there are no refunds for any cancellations.
