(Note: early drop off after 8:00 am and late pick up until 4:30 pm is available)

Camp Fee: $1000*
(* KYMTC will accept a 50% deposit ($500)
with full fee payment due by July 1, 2025)

Submitting Your Waiting List Application
After you submit the application (by clicking on the button below), please DO NOT pay any fees at this time.

We will let you know if a spot opens and you can pay your fees at that time.

Cancellations

If you cancel your camper(s) registration before July 1, 2025, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

If you cancel after July 1, 2025, and we are unable to fill your spot(s) from the waiting list, we will only refund 50% of the total fee ($500 per camper). If we can fill your spot(s) from the waiting list, you will receive a full refund.

Once the camp has started (July 28) there are no refunds for any cancellations.
