Payment in full will be due July 1. The following payment schedule is for the family's convenience and is flexible based on fundraising and needs of the family.
The suggested payment schedule is as follows:
Deposit due at sign up: $150 (deposit reserves your spot on the trip)
Payment 1 due March 15: $150
Payment 2 due April 19: $150
Payment 3 due May 17: $150
Payment 4 due July 1: Remaining Balance
Payment can be made electronically at birminghamumc.org/students, or by check (made out to Birmingham United Methodist Church, memo: trip/family name) or cash.
Cash and checks should be brought to Birmingham United Methodist Church on Sunday mornings or to Sunday mission meetings; Checks can also be mailed to 15770 Birmingham Hwy, Milton, GA 30004.
