Vendor Booth Cancellation Policy:

Refund eligibility is based on the date the cancellation email is received.
- Cancel on or before May 23 (4 weeks before event) → 100% refund
- Cancel May 24 – June 6 (between 4 and 2 weeks before event) → 50% refund
- Cancel after June 6 (within 2 weeks of event) → No refund
Note: Vendor registration is subjected to review and approval of the festival committee.
