There are approximately 15-20* dedicated available Vendor Spaces between Elks Park, Oak Street Park and North Oak Street this year. (note: new vendor applications will be accepted after sponsors and return vendors)
Because of the significant interest in vending and the limited availability of space, the vendor process is competitive. We are looking for Festival Theme/Participant Lifestyle related, creative and interesting arts, crafts, and packaged foods to be part of our Vendor Village!
Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and business licenses will be required prior to the start of the festival
Available booth spaces are 10×10’ with pricing based on location:
10x10 Elks Park (no electric) Regular: $400
10x10 Elks Park (no electric) Prime: $500
10x10 Oak St. Park (no electric) Regular: $400
10x10 Oak St. Park (no electric) Prime: $500
10x10 Oak St. North (no electric) NEW: $375
The Vendor Schedule will be as follows:
August 17th Wednesday from 2pm-5pm: Vendor check-in and load in
(Please: no morning check-in allowed due to no staff on site and Mushroom ID tent being loaded in and assembled)
August 18-20 Thursday-Saturday 8am-6pm Sales allowed
August 21 Sunday 8am-2pm Sales allowed
August 21 Sunday 2pm Sale stop, Town taxes collected
August 21 Sunday 2:30pm-4:30pm Breakdown and load out
(Please: NO late load outs due to no staff on site after this time)
Acceptance: All applications will be reviewed and approved or denied by the Vendor Review Committee.
Please note: Vendors will receive 50% off on two (2) Festival Passes, Free Festival Passes are NOT included
